Pr. Samir Trabelsi
The Goodman School of Business, Brock University
Dr. Samir Trabelsi is a Professor of Accounting and Governance in Brock University. Holding a PhD in Accounting from HEC Montreal and a CPA designation, his research interests are in the area of corporate governance, sustainability and Corruption management. Trabelsi’s research is funded by the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada. He won the best paper award at several conferences. He has also been the recipient of Brock University Award for Excellence in Teaching (2017) and the Departmental Researcher of the Year Award (2019).
Pr. Basma Majerbi
The Gustavson School of Business, University of Victoria
Dr. Basma Majerbi holds a PhD in Finance from McGill University. Specialized in international finance, ESG, impact investing, and climate-related financial risks, she won numerous awards for research, innovation, and teaching excellence. She is the founder and director of the Impact Investing Center, dedicated to promoting climate solutions and aligning investments with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Dr. Majerbi co-founded the International Workshop on Financial System Architecture and Stability and serves as a technical advisor to the IMF.
Pr. Sana Guetat
Le Mans University
Dr. Sana Guetat: Holding a PhD in Management Sciences, she became a senior lecturer at the University of Le Mans in 2009 and joined the ARGUMans laboratory as a lecturer-researcher. Sana Guetat has been the Head of the Management Department since 2020 and the Head of the Accounting, Control, and Audit program since 2019 within the Faculty of Law, Economics & Management. In April 2021, she was elected Vice President for International Relations at Le Mans University for a four-year term.
Pr. Mohamed Louadi

Dr. Mohamed Louadi holds a Master of Science from the University of Wisconsin at Madison and a PhD in Information Systems from the University of Pittsburgh. He taught in the United States, Canada, the UAE, and Lebanon. His famous books are the two volumes of Organizational Information Systems, released in 2007 by CPU Editions, Information Systems, published in 2012 by IHE Editions, the Cultural Aspects of ICT Adoption in the Arab World: The Case of the Tunisian Subculture, published in 2015, and Digitalization and Collective Intelligence: Vectors of Territorial Development, published in 2020.
Pr. Marc-Arthur Diaye
Pantheon Paris 1 Sorbonne University
Dr. Marc-Arthur Diaye holding a PhD in Economics from is currently the Director of the "Econometrics-Statistics" program at the University of Paris 1. His research focuses on modeling and predicting behaviors using data, with a strong emphasis on artificial intelligence (AI). He is involved in projects related to automating ESG compliance and specializes in AI applications for data analysis and algorithm development. He is an Expert Evaluator for the ANRT (since 2023) and an xpert Evaluator for the High Council for the Evaluation of Research and Higher Education (since 2021)
Pr. Amal Farhat
Sherbrooke University
Dr. Amel Farhat holds a Ph.D. in Finance from the University of Calgary and an M.Sc. in Actuarial and Financial Sciences from the University of Montpellier II, France. Her research experience focuses on high-impact and topical areas in corporate and sustainable finance including stock market analysis under financial turmoil. As a researcher and active member of the Applied Finance Research Group (GReFA), she collaborates on financial analysis projects that bridge the gap between academic theory and practical applications, contributing to a deeper understanding of stock markets.
Eng. Sahbi Amara

Expert in energy transition, Sahbi combines over 21 years of experience in the energy sector with a strong background in engineering and business management. He has led major green electricity projects, including solar and wind energy export from Tunisia to Europe. He has also finalized agreements with Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan for over 10 GWe of green electricity production and helped establish new renewable energy players in Tunisia and Algeria. Throughout his previous roles in top-tier positions, Eng. Sahbi Amara successfully led operations across several countries and secured key long-term agreements related to renewable energies and hydrogen technologies.
